Nuraghe Bruncu Madugui

Description

The Nuraghe Bruncu Madugui, prototype of corridor nuraghi (or protonuraghi), is an imposing and mysterious building that overlooks an overhang of the Giara park, in Marmilla, in southern Sardinia. The nuraghe is now dated to the Middle Bronze Age. Around the monument there is a village of huts distributed in blocks, with common central courtyards: inside the rooms have a circular shape and there are hearths, niches, seats and shelves on the walls.
