Cala Purgatorio

The Cala Purgatorio beach is located in the municipality of San Teodoro in north-eastern Sardinia. This splendid beach is protected to the south by the peninsula of Capo Coda Cavallo and continues with the beach of the Farfalle with which it shares a beach of light and fine sand. It is a small cove surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and has a sandy and shallow bottom suitable for families with children. The beautiful turquoise-colored sea a few tens of meters from the shore offers a backdrop much appreciated by diving and snorkeling lovers.
