Description
Porto Taverna beach is located a few kilo meters from Olbia city in the north-eastern part of Sardinia. It is a fairly wide beach, characterized by fine sand and crystal clear sea with shades of color ranging from blue to emerald green. The seabed is sandy and shallow so it lends itself to being lived in total tranquility by children and the elderly. Behind it there is a pond where in the last summer months it is possible to admire the wonderful pink flamingos. In front of the beach you can also enjoy an exciting and unique view given by the Island of Tavolara.
