Cala Pira

In the southeast of Sardinia in the municipality of Castiadas there is the wonderful pink bay of Cala Pira. About four hundred meters wide, it is protected by a promontory from which the tower of the same name dominates, the beach is much appreciated for its fine and soft sand, the crystalline sea and the shallow water near the shore. Surrounded by a fragrant Mediterranean scrub and centuries-old junipers, it is also protected from the winds. Suitable for children and the elderly.
