MEOC (Museo Etnografico Oliva Carta Cannas)

The Ethnographic Museum Oliva Carta Cannas is located in the village of Aggius, in the province of Sassari, in the northern part of Sardinia. This interesting museum exhibition represents the traditions and popular culture of Gallura from 1600 to the present day. Archaic working tools are exhibited and the techniques for preparing typical fabrics as well as the phases of preparation of the wool, the coloring of the yarns with herbs are exemplary.
