Description
The Museum is located in the municipality of Iglesias, in southern Sardinia, inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building dating back to the early twentieth century. It is divided into two halls: in the first one can admire national and international minerals, models of machines and equipment for washing, metallurgy, vegetable and animal fossils; while in the second hall there are rare and valuable Sardinia collections, remains of human skeletons and work tools from the Punic to the Aragonese age, fossil coal, marble and fossils from the English.
