Museo paleontologico Fluminimaggiore

That museum is  located in the center of the village in the old water mill of 1750, made functional by the flow of the Riu Mannu river that crosses the area. The mill under which the river passes produced and can still produce wholemeal flour. The Museum represents one of the few occasions in which one can directly see how wheat was ground with mechanisms that exploited the forces of nature. The ox cart and the gig from the end of the nineteenth century are interesting, preserved intact.
