Spiaggia di Maria Pia

The Maria Pia beach is located on the west coast of Sardinia about one kilo meter from Alghero city. You can reach this enchanting beach by crossing a large pine forest where you can find refreshment in the hottest hours or relax walking at sunset. The beach is made up of dunes of fine and white sand that are home to the rare and graceful sea lilies, the crystalline sea with shallow water for a few meters allows children to play peacefully and safely. It is about two kilo meters long, so you can opt for the free part or use various services (there are two establishments, several kiosks and bars).
